CeFAEGI formators design and lead residential pathways — from the introductory level through systematic and disciplinary seminars, to colloquium, spiritual exercises and sport courses — so that each stage remains coherent with the Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm.
The team unites Jesuits and laity in shared responsibility: direction, educational design, operational coordination and accompaniment in the field. They work closely with the colleges, with Fondazione Gesuiti Educazione and with the wider formation network, so that formation is not an isolated event but a continuous thread in educators' professional lives.
